60 thousand rupees were stolen from a handbag kept in a bungalow in Juhu, famous film producer and director Ekta Kapoor, Diwakar Sharma (Mid Day) . He has filed a report in Juhu police station. The police is interrogating five people, including domestic helpers.
Unity in the report has reported that last week he had kept 1.5 lakh rupees in his handbag. Last days when he picked up his handbag, he looked a bit lighter. Some potholes of rupees kept in it were missing. It was found in the count that 60 thousand rupees were less, while the remaining rupees and other valuables were safe.
Assistant Commissioner of Police (SantaCruz) said, "People working in the house of unity can do such a thing. We will expose this soon. "
Another source says that the team of three policemen has been made to expose the case. CCTV cameras mounted on the unity bungalow are also being explored.
