Eggless mawa cake is a part of the Parsi Cuisine. To make this, all the materials will be easily available at home. It is made more easily in the making. This cake will be liked by your children too. Egg is also not used in this. So let's know the recipe for making Eggless Mawa cake.


Flour - 2 cups
Mawa - one cup
Milk - one cup
Cream (cream) - 4 tbsp
Baking Powder - One Tablespoon
Baking soda - half teaspoon
White Butter (Without Salt) - 150g
Sugar - one cup (grounded)
Cardamom powder - one spoon

Cooking Method:

To make Eggless Mawa cake, first, make a smooth paste by putting butter in a large round pan. Now sprinkle a little flour in this pan and stir well. From this, the flour will be completely spread everywhere. Now turn aside the pan and separate the pan.

Now heat the oven free of 180 degrees Celsius. Now crushed the mawa and make a fine powder. In a bowl, add cream, butter, and ground sugar and stir well. Fill it till then. As long as the mixture does not blossom well. After this, add Mawa to the mixer of this cream and mix it well. Then filtrate it and add it in it. Add the baking powder and baking soda together.

Now add cardamom powder and mix it well. Then add the milk to the mixer and mix it till the milk, cream and flour are not mixed well.

Now the mixture is ready to make the cake. Sprinkle this prepared mixture in a pan and keep it in the pan with both hands and spread the mixture well into the pan. Now back the 45-an hour to the pan in the oven.

When the upper layer of the cake becomes brown, turn the oven off. Take out the cake pan. Now your Eggless Mawa cake is ready. Let it cool down Now after that remove the pan from the pan and place it in the plate. Cut off its pieces and serve it with tea or coffee.
