500 gm Spinach,
1/2 cup Baby Corn,
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds,
1/4 tsp Asafoetida,
1 Onion,
1/4 tsp Fenugreek (Methi) seeds,
1 tsp Coriander powder,
1/2 cup Milk,
1 tsp Oil,
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Garlic Ginger paste.


First Wash the Spinach (Palak) and boil it and grind it fine.

Heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, add cumin and asafoetida in it.

Now add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry it.

Put the saffron fenugreek and coriander powder and fry it well.

Now add spinach, milk, baby corn and salt and let it boil.

Now your Palak Baby Corn is ready for eat.

Transfer palak corn into a serving dish, garnish with ginger strips and serve hot with hot chapatti or phulka.
