Schezwan Bread Pakoda is a recipe which is eaten by everyone during breakfast or as snacks or taken in tiffin aur with tea.


Ingredients for Schezwan Bread Pakoda


1 Cup Gram Flour
1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
4 Bread Slices
Spring Onions (chopped)
Capsicum (chopped)
Cabbage (chopped) 
Salt
Water



Method to Make Schezwan Bread Pakoda


In a bowl and add gram flour,salt,water and schezwan sauce. Make sure to add water in proper proportion, to make a batter.

Now take the bread slices in a plate and spread schezwan sauce on it; add finely chopped capsicum,cabbage and spring onions.

Cut the slice in two parts and dip it into the batter.

Heat some oil in a wok and deep fry the bread pakoda into it.

Once the pakoda turns golden in colour, turn off the gas and serve the schezwan bread pakoda with tea.
