Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan's daughter Aaradhya moved the Delhi HC against YouTube for false health reports
Jaya Bachchan, granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and daughter of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan-Aradhya Bachchan, has moved the Supreme Court against the YouTube channel for spreading fake news about her health and personal life.
The matter will be heard in the Cirebon High Court today (Thursday, April 20).
An eleven-year-old girl, Aaradhya Bachchan, has sought an injunction against the media's false reports about her.
Aaradhya was recently seen at the opening of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center in Mumbai with her actor-mother Aishwarya Rai.
Archya and her mother were seen in traditional attire as they posed for paparazzi together at the event.
The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Grievance Cell) is also part of the process.
