Hello friend's welcome to my cooking show

Today I am going to make tandoori chicken without using an oven or a grill

Let's see the ingredients we will need to make tandoori chicken

1/2 kg chicken

2 tea spoons garlic-ginger paste

2 table spoons of curds

1 lime

2 table spoons of rice flour

1 tea spoon garam masala (hot spices)

2 table spoon Kashmiri chilly powder

1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder

Chaat Masala

Salt as per taste

Butter

Method:

To make tandoori chicken first we will make deep slits on the pieces with a knife.

So that it marinates well And tastes good.

Make 3-4 deep slits with a knife on all chicken pieces.

Now lets marinate the chicken.

I am going to make two marination's. In the first marination we will need lemon juice

And salt, one spoon red chilly powder.

Then we will add chicken to it and start marination.

Now lets leave the chicken for 5-10 minutes to marinate.

For second marination we will need two spoons of curd,

Kashmiri red chilly powder,Salt Rice flour.

Rice flour is a binding agent so that it coats well.

Now add powdered Garam Masala, Turmeric And mix well and make it lumps free.

In most restaurants they use artificial colour.

I will avoid it because its not good for health and it has chemicals.

Our second marination paste is ready :

Lets put the paste on chicken pieces.

Make sure you put it into the slits of chicken pieces too.

Now lets add ginger garlic paste and mix both the marination's well.

Now the marination is ready and Keep this for half hour to marinate.

Half hour is ideal for the marination process and now we will proceed with cooking.

Put butter in a pan and start the gas on low flame and after butter is melted and hot enough.

Put chicken pieces one by one.

Cover the pan and let one side of the chicken cook for 2 to 4 minutes.

After 2 – 4 minutes we will turn the chicken,

Cook it on the other side again for 4 – 5 minutes.

Finally we will need to check whether the chicken is fully cooked or not by poking a knife on the flesh.

If the flesh has become soft and tender you can put off the gas and serve the chicken as the dish is ready to eat.

I hope you have liked my recipe.

And I hope that you will surely try this recipe.

I will come back with a new recipe very soon.
