Ingredients:
Rice - 4 tablespoon rice
Onion - 1 Medium
Tomato - 1 Medium
Capsicum - 1 Cutlery Cut
Turmeric - 1/2 small spoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 small spoon
Tomato Sauce - 1/2 Bowl (2 for small bowl Rice)
Oil-1 big spoon
Salt - according to taste
Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 small spoons
Ginger - 1 small spoon paste and finely chopped
Garlic - 1 small spoon paste and finely chopped
Green Chilli - 2-3 finely chopped
Peas - 1 bowl
Paneer (Cottage cheese) - 1/2 small bowl cut into small pieces
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cutlery Cut Off
Method for Making Tomato Rice Recipe :
Tomato rice: Wash and clean the vegetables you want to put in it. Do not chop onions and tomatoes. You can put any vegetable of your mind in it. Now, to bring out all the spices, and to bring it to taste, we use Pav Bhaji Masala instead of the natural spices.
If you do not have Pav Bhaji Masala, then you can use the remaining spices like Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Chaat Masala and if you have Pav Bhaji Masala then just add that Masala. Take out the rice too, if you have kept the remaining rice, then you can use that rice. You can also make fresh rice.
Now, heat 2 small spoon oil or ghee in a pan on the gas. When the oil gets hot then add ginger-garlic in it. Fry the ginger garlic for 1 minute and then put the chopped onions in it. Cut the onions a bit thicker. Now fry the onion until it becomes transparent. Do not brown onions.
When the onion becomes transparent, add chopped tomatoes in it. Now cook tomatoes until it becomes melted. When the tomato is melted, put tomato sauce in it. Put at least 1/2 cup of tomato sauce in 4 bowls of rice.
Now after adding tomato sauce, add red chili powder, Pav Bhaji masala, turmeric, and salt and put some water in it. By adding water, the spices will get better in rice.
Now after running well, put capsicum, paneer, and peas in it. Now run it well for 3-4 minutes. Now put all the rice in it. Mix it well so that masala can be found in all the rice.
Now add finely chopped coriander in it. Put green coriander and mix it again. Now your Tomato Rice is ready. Now Serve it hot.
