Ingredients


1 1/4 cup gram flour
1 1/4 cup flour
250 gms of ghee
2 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp milk
1/2 tsp Small Cardamom Powder
1 1/2 cup water



Method


Put gram flour and flour in a bowl and mix it well.

Heat the ghee in a large utensil and when it melts, stirring the mixture of gram flour and flour on a low flame, fry until it comes in the golden brown color. As soon as it changes the color, put it in a vessel and keep it cool and leave it.

Boil it by adding sugar, milk, and water in a utensil and cook it while running in the middle on medium flame to make it thicker. When it starts to thicken, stop the flame and make it chasni well by continuously running it.

When the Chasni is lightly cooled then put it in the mixture of gram flour and flour and mix it well so that the chasni mix well with the mixture.

Take light ghee on a plate and put the mixture on the plate and sprinkle cardamom powder and take it 1-inch thick bell. Press it once with your palm and fit it. Leave it now to cool down and cut into a square inch of 1 inch. Wrap it in a plastic paper and put it in the airtight container and when it is taken out, enjoy its taste.
