Ingredients of Makhana Cutlet

Makhane - 1 cup
Potatoes - 2 boiled
Green chili - 2 finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp finely chopped
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - as much as it takes to fry

How to make Makhana Cutlet

First, put the makhanas in water and soak them for 1 to 2 hours. Simultaneously peel and mash the potatoes and mash them.

After being soaked in water for 1 to 2 hours, you have to remove the makhans from the water. You mash these makhanas with potatoes.

In this mixture you have to add green chillies, coriander leaves, chaat masala, garam masala and salt and mix it well.
