Ingredients for Bread Halwa Recipe
Bread – 10 slices
Ghee/ Oil - Dee Fry
Milk - 500 ml
Khoya - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 250 grams
Almond – 10
Cashew nuts – 15
Pistachios -10
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Method for Making Bread Halwa Recipe
For making Bread Ka Halwa, I have taken 500 ml milk in the pan. Let's turn on the gas and boil the milk.
Milk has boiled, let's add 1/2 cup khoya and Mix it well. Until the milk reduce the consistency
Let's turn on the gas and add oil in another pan If you want, you can add ghee also.
Add almonds and fry them until nicely roasted let's remove it in a bowl.
Similarly, roast the cashews. Cashews have also changed its color into brown, let's remove it in a bowl.
Next, add pistachios fry well and remove it in a bowl.
Now cut the bread slices into pieces, and fry it until it changes the color into brown and removes it in a bowl.
Now make sugar syrup heat the pan and add 2 glasses of water. Once the water is boiled, add sugar.1 tsp cardamom powder and Sugar syrup is ready.
Now add milk and khoya mixture keep the flame on low and add bread slices. Cook it for up to 2 minutes, later turn off the gas.
Bread slices are nicely absorbed the milk and khoya mixture. Bread Ka Halwa is ready, let's remove into a serving plate.
