Salad is considered a healthy food because it is prepared by mixing raw vegetables and fruits, due to which it has maximum nutritional level. There are many health benefits of eating corn salad, after which you will want to include it in your diet.

Corn And Raw Mango Salad Ingredients

1 cup corn kernels
1 tbsp onion
3 tablespoons green onions, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tbsp raw mango (pieces)
1/2 tbsp celery stock (pieces)
6 Cherry Tomatoes
1 tbsp pineapple (pieces)
1 passerley, sliced
1 tsp coriander leaves
4 bajal leaves
7-8 black olive
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp white chili powder
3-4 taco shell

How to make corn and raw mango salad

Boil the corn slightly in salted water, do not overcook them.

Drain them and keep aside and let them cool down.

Cut onion, green onion, paprika, raw mango, pineapple, avocado and celery into all things equal to corn.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add the parsley, green coriander and beige leaves to the vegetables.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Add lemon juice and olive oil and mix well.

Put it in a taco shell or bowl.
