The trailer of 'Darbar' was launched in Mumbai during a grand event. The film will also feature stars like Nayanthara, Sunil Shetty, Prateik Babbar, and Yogi Babu. Rajinikanth and Nayanthara's romance will also be seen in this film. A glimpse of this was seen in the trailer of 'Darbar'. The film will be released on 10 January 2020 in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam languages. It is directed by AR Murugadoss.
This is not the first film in which Rajinikanth will be seen in a khaki uniform. In the early days of his career, he played a lot of khaki roles. The only difference is that through 'Darbar', he will be seen in the role of a police officer after many years.
