Sabudana (Sago)- 100 grams (30 minutes soaked),
Full cream milk- 01 liters,
Sugar - Half a cup,
Cashews - Almonds - 8-10 nos,
Raisins - 8-10 nos,
Pistachio- 6-7 nos,
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon,
Saffron-01 pinch

Method of Making Sabudana Kheer Recipe:

For Sabudana Kheer Recipe, first, heat the milk in a vessel. As long as the milk is hot, cut the finely chopped cashew nuts and pistachios. In addition, soak saffron in spoonful milk.
When the milk starts boiling, add the soaked Sabudana to it and cook it continuously until it recovers in milk.

Slow down the flame when it comes to boiling. Put raisins and cashew nuts and let them cook on medium flame. Keep the milk running in a little while, otherwise, the milk will be fried.

Kheer will thicken in a little while and the Sabudana will become soft. To check this, remove the Sabudana from a spoon and cool it down and hold it by hand.

After the Sabudana is soft, mix sugar in kheer and slow down the flame. Now add cardamom powder to the kheer and put the saffron milk on the kheer and close the gas.

Take, the Sabudana Kheer making method is complete. Now your tasty Sabudana kheer is ready. Remove it in the serving bowl and garnish with pistachio.
