Actress Poonam Pandey, known for her bold characters has filed a case against Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra in the Bombay High Court. The case relates to Poonam Pandey's mobile app.

According to the report of the website PinkVilla, this complaint has been lodged by Poonam Pandey in the name of Raj and his associate Saurabh Kushwaha. It has been alleged in the complaint that for the last six months, he has been receiving calls from many parts of the country and Karachi, in which obscene things are done. His app is managed by Raj Kundra's company, with whom he signed a contract in March 2019.

Poonam alleges that Raj's company has continued his app even after the contract is over. According to PinkVilla's report, Poonam is alleged to have leaked her personal number on the app, following which she received indecent calls.
