A video clip said to be from the yet-to-be-released trailer of Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan has been leaked online. The allegedly leaked clip shows Shah Rukh getting up in his Pathaan as he engages in a fight with some goons. It is unclear whether the scene is part of the trailer or a rough cut from the film. On Wednesday, it was announced that Pathaan's trailer will be released on January 10.
The 14-second sequence, said to be from the trailer, was posted on Twitter by several accounts on Tuesday night. The blurry video shows Shah Rukh Khan's character engaged in personal combat with multiple opponents. The scene has since been retweeted several times by the actor's fans, claiming the trailer was leaked. Many praised the slick action sequence in the scene. However, others advised people not to share the video and spoil the surprise.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan stars Shah Rukh in the lead role. The film, which also stars John Abraham and Deepika Padukone, will hit theaters on January 25. Earlier in the day, a source shared, “Pathaan's trailer is out on January 10! The trailer sent the internet into a frenzy. YRF always wanted to release the trailer two weeks before the release of the film. They wanted to build intrigue around the film and create more anticipation and hysteria for the trailer.”
Pathaan is an espionage thriller that marks the return of Shah Rukh Khan to the silver screen in a feature role after more than four years. Although the actor appeared in cameos in Brahmastra and Laal Singh Chaddha, his last lead role was in Zero (2018). Apart from Pathaan, the actor also has Atlee Jawan and Rajkumar Hirani Dunki in the pipeline.
