1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 1/4 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla extract


To make a cake, take a 7-inch tray or make a shape of your choice and take the utensil and dusting it with a dough on its lower surface or make a layer of lower parchment paper. Keep it separate.

Now take a pressure cooker and spread the salt all the way around its bottom surface. Now put a plate over the layer of salt and Cover it and leave it to heat on medium flame.

Put the milk, sugar, vinegar and vanilla extract together in a large utensil and mix it well enough until sugar completely dissolves. Now mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in it and mix it and keep on mixing it till the flour is completely dissolved. Now remove this batter and put it in a pan.

Open the cooker and put the batter in the tray that makes the cake and put it on top of the plate in the cooker. Now cover the cooker once again and bake 50 to 60 minutes on low flame. Our cake will be well cooked and it will be ready when you add a sharp cheese in it, it will come out completely clean. But if it is not cooked, then a piece of cake will also come out with it. If not, then bake it for 10 minutes. When this happens, leave it for cooling for 10 to 15 minutes. When it gets completely cold then only you cut it in a piece of your choice.
