You can also put a thin cut portion of cucumber in the middle layer. If you want, you can also make Mayonnaise Sauce and cheese made from it. Instead, you can use paneer if you want.

To make a healthy breakfast, you should use flour instead of bean flour instead. Make sure to fry the beans and increase the crispyness in it.

In this recipe, we have not used green chilli of red chilli but if you do not eat it, you can put green chillies or red chillies according to your choice.


2 Potato Tikki (patties)
2 Burger bun
1 teaspoon butter
3 teaspoon Cabbage finely chopped
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 large tomato chopped
1 medium-sized onion cut
2 tablespoons mayonnaise sauce (Optional)
1 teaspoon cheese of your choice (optional)
A pinch of pepper powder


Cut the burger from the middle of the bun in half. Now put the butter in a pan and melt the mixture and fry the beans with both sides so that it becomes crispy.

First of all, put the layer of tomato ketchup on the pan and now we will put the potato peel on it and the leaf cut on it will lay the cabbage layer. Now we will make a layer of mayonnaise sauce on it.

Now make a layer of chopped tomatoes and make a layer of finely chopped onions and finally put cheese on it. Now put half the cut portion of the bun on it. 

Potato Tikki Burger is ready to eat. You can serve it with ketchup, or cold drink.
