Ingredients for Mushroom Soup Recipe


One cup mushroom (chopped)
one onion finely chopped
2 teaspoons cornflour
one and a half cups milk
2 teaspoons butter according to taste





Method to make Mushroom Soup Recipe


Put the milk and 2 cups of water in a vessel on the gas and keep it boiling.

On the other side, heat the butter in a pan on the gas, then add onion and fry it on medium flame.

When the onion turns pink and becomes soft, add mushrooms to it and stir it with a large spoon and fry it on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.



Now mix cornflour in mushrooms and cook on a medium flame for one minute.

After this, add boiled milk-water to the mushrooms and mix while stirring with a large spoon. Take care not to add cornflour kernels in this mixture.

Cook the soup on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, then add black pepper powder and salt to it, now cook it until the soup comes to a boil and turn off the gas.

Hot mushroom soup is ready, serve and drink in a soup dish.
